Meet the Publisher Who Runs Every Book Project

Orchestrate Publishing is run by Lauren, who's been publishing nonfiction with AI since 2023. The production system here is the same one she uses on her own catalog.

Why I Built This

I'm Lauren. I built Orchestrate Publishing because the existing economics of nonfiction publishing didn't work for the work I was trying to do.

I've been publishing nonfiction books with AI since 2023. The first time I priced out the production stack from off-the-shelf services, the math broke. About $1,000 for an AI manuscript, $400 for an outline, and somewhere between $1,400 and $1,800 for a humanization service that, when I read the output, hadn't actually humanized anything. So I finished the humanization manually. That work took me about a month per book.

Publishing economics have to work for the people doing the work, or the books don't get made. Lauren · Founder

Across a catalog, the math of producing books that way wouldn't hold. The cost was real, and it came with a month of editorial work I was doing on top of what I'd already paid for.

Orchestrate Publishing started as the production system I built to fix that math for my own catalog. That same system is now available to publishers who need catalog capacity and to business owners who want an authority book without the traditional ghostwriting price tag. The mission hasn't changed since the first time I added up what one book actually cost.

How a Book Gets Made Here

One arc, every project.

The 30,000-foot view

Brainstorm. Shape. Research. Draft. Humanize. Edit.

The arc, in one sentence

Every manuscript follows the same arc, regardless of price tier.

What that means in practice

We brainstorm the book with you, shape it against what your readers need, research the topic, draft the manuscript, humanize the prose so it reads like a person wrote it, and edit it until it's ready to publish. You approve the outline before anyone writes a word, and you review the manuscript before we finalize anything.

Who runs it

The specifics of how each stage runs are mine. I direct every project, AI executes inside the process I designed, and I edit every manuscript before anyone else sees it. What you can count on is what comes out the other end, on every project, at every price point.
