Publisher Pricing
Pick where you want to start. Test the work with a $400 outline, or order a full manuscript at $1,500.
The lowest-risk way to see how we work. You get a complete outline you can hand to any writer, or use as the blueprint if you decide to write it yourself. Most buyers upgrade to a full manuscript after they see what comes back.
- Complete book outline with chapter structure
- Working title and positioning
- Chapter-by-chapter breakdown of what the book covers
- Reader fit and audience framing

You bring the topic. We build the argument, write the book with the depth a nonfiction reader expects, and keep one human voice the whole way through. Most AI services can't do that in a few hours, and it shows by chapter three. You approve the outline before we write a word, and there are no word-count caps tied to price.
- Complete outline (built by us, not supplied by you)
- Full manuscript at the length the subject requires
- You approve the outline before we write a word
- A sourcing trail with every claim, statistic, and citation tied to the source we drew it from
- Files delivered ready for your final QA and publishing setup
- Delivered in 5-7 business days

How Per-Title Pricing Compares
Traditional nonfiction ghostwriting runs $10,000 to $50,000 or more, according to published service pricing, and that's for the manuscript alone. No editing, no formatting, no outline you can show a reader before page one.
| Path | Per-Title Cost | Outline Included | Vendors to Coordinate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Traditional nonfiction ghostwriting | $10,000 - $50,000+ | No (you bring it) | Multiple, paid separately |
| Self-publisher freelancer team | $3,300 - $6,500 | No (you bring it) | 4-5 freelancers per title |
| Orchestrate Publisher Track | From $1,500 | Yes, we build it | One contact, one contract |
Self-publishers who assemble their own freelancer team typically pay $3,300 to $6,500 for a single title and juggle four or five separate vendors, with no consistent quality standard between them. Most of those packages still require you to bring the outline.
Our publisher packages deliver a complete, publishable manuscript from $1,500. Outline included. One contact, one contract, and a finished book at a price per title that works when you publish more than one.

Do you actually build the outline, or do I need to bring one?
We build it. You share the topic, the audience, and any notes on what you want covered, and we deliver a complete outline with chapter structure, working title, and positioning. You approve it before any of the manuscript gets written. Outline Only is sold as a standalone product at $400, and the outline is also included in the $1,500 Done-for-You Manuscript package.
How long is the manuscript? Are there word-count caps?
No word-count caps tied to price tiers. The manuscript runs at the length the subject requires. A topic that needs 55,000 words gets 55,000 words. A topic that works at 30,000 gets 30,000. Most other services at this price point cap word count by tier, which forces a budget decision into a structural decision the book has to live with.
How is AI used in your production process?
Lauren directs every project, and AI executes inside the process she designed. She brainstorms the book with you, shapes what it'll cover, directs the research, and edits every manuscript before you read a page. AI contributes to research drafts, first-pass prose, fact-checking work, and editing reviews. What you get isn't the same thing as a prompt dumped into ChatGPT with the output shipped straight to you. Most AI book services work that way, which is part of why most AI books on Amazon read the way they do.
Who owns the rights to the manuscript?
You own the manuscript and every publication right. Your name or imprint goes on the cover, and Orchestrate Publishing holds no rights once the book is delivered. Copyright footing varies under current US Copyright Office guidance. Under the Office's March 2023 Statement of Policy and subsequent updates, copyright protection requires meaningful human authorship, and elements produced solely by AI without that human contribution may not be copyrightable on their own. Publisher manuscripts sit on more nuanced footing under that guidance because the source content is a topic prompt, not interview-captured authorship. If copyright certainty matters for a specific title, run the final contract past your own attorney before signing.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Revisions are included in every package. You approve the outline before production begins, and you review the completed manuscript before anything gets finalized. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off, and the price you see is the price you pay.
What files do I get on delivery?
You get the full manuscript as a Word document and a clean PDF, plus the approved outline as a separate file. Files arrive as finished prose ready for your final QA and publishing setup. You also receive a sourcing trail listing every claim, statistic, and citation in the manuscript alongside the source we drew it from, so your team can verify against the originals.
What is the sourcing trail?
The sourcing trail is a deliverable we ship with every manuscript that lists every specific claim, statistic, and citation in the book alongside the source it was drawn from. The reason we built it that way is that you are the publisher of record, and the final factual verification belongs with your team. The sourcing trail gives your team the materials to verify each claim against the original source without re-creating the research from scratch. No competitor at this price point ships one. It is a deliverable, not a methodology, and it ships in a separate document alongside the manuscript files.
